The Penthouse
The Penthouse sits at the top of this 3 story hideout. If you have it unlocked give this one a go. The second story contains the battle planning center with a city built around the mapping device. Coupled with the battle center is the exile's torture tactics for gleaming information. The lower floor (way point) leads people through a haunted forest into the food and trapper sections next moving through the library to the battle center.
